ABSTRACT

Addit ional Protocol to the Treaty is the Establishment of Mutual Agreement between the USSR and Great Britain in the Solution of Post-War Questions and on their Joint Actions to Maintain Security in Europe after the Termination of the War wi th Germany

The Parties having signed the above mentioned Treaty of this date and finding it expedient to specify the provisions of Articles 1 and 2, have come to an agreement that under the organisation of the cause of peace and security in Europe, as well as under the measures to prevent a repetition of aggression or violation of the peace by Germany they understand the fol lowing:

1. The restoration of Belgium, Holland, Norway, Denmark, and Luxembourg to their former frontiers existing prior to their occupation by the troops of Hitlerite Germany.
