ABSTRACT
The European League of Institutes of the Arts, ELIA, was founded in 1990 and is an independent network of approximately 300 Arts Education Institutes, with members in 36 countries, covering all the disciplines of the Arts: Dance, Design, Theatre, Fine Art, Music, Film and Architecture.
