ABSTRACT
Human life is the greatest value of a democratic society. The right to life, heading the system of civil human rights, is fixed in international statutory acts and also in the majority of Constitutions of the countries of world. The right to life is a natural opportunity of protection of inviolability of life integral with a person and freedom to handle it, guaranteed by the propositions of the internal legislation and international-legal regulations. The major element of the right to life is the right to inviolability of life. Another element of the right to life is the right to free disposition of life. The legal fact stopping legal relationships connected with the right to inviolability of life is biological death. The question of objects, encroachments on who generates the right to necessary defense integrated to deprivation of life of the encroaching person is traditionally debatable.
