ABSTRACT
The right to personal immunity provides personal safety of individuals. One of stages of realization of any freedom is freedom of will connected with all set of the legal rights and legal duties of citizens, including with the right to personal immunity. The content of the right to personal immunity is described in internationally-legal regulations and the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Superficial liberation from the sentence of the dangerous criminal encroaching on safety of citizens stipulated by the law, threatens the opportunity of normal realization of their right to personal immunity. The legal nature of the right to personal immunity is characterized by the fact that its realization, as a rule, does not require any actions from subjects of this right; they become necessary only in the case of infringement of this right. The system of guarantees of the right to personal immunity includes material, political, cultural and legal guarantees.
