On Norbeck Village 1. Describe the plan for Olney involved here. This was the culmination
of numerous plans extending over a substantial period-including National Capital Planning Commission, The Nations Capital, A Policies Plan for the Year 2000 (1961); Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Comsion, On Wedges and Corridors, A General Plan for the Maryland-Washington Regional District (1963); and a whole series of local area plans, including the one for Olney (1966).
