ABSTRACT
It is the sixth anniversary of the close of my City Year, and much has changed. The City Year I joined was in its infancy— a small, local initiative with 70 corps members. This month, 600 City Year corps members celebrated their graduation from a network of City Year programs in eight cities around the nation, including Chicago, San Jose, and Columbia, South Carolina.
