ABSTRACT

The undersigned offers for sale, in parcels to suit purchasers, the lands on the Buffalo Creek Reservation, in the towns of West Seneca and Lancaster, Erie County, New York, occupied by the Ebenezer Society, so called. 1 They consist of 7,636 acres in a contiguous body, situate from five to ten miles from the centre of the large and prosperous city of Buffalo, and are intersected by the Clinton street road, the Aurora and Buffalo plank road, and other good highways. 2 About 4000 acres of the tract are now in the market, and the residue will be offered as soon as the present occupants can effect a removal to their new home in the west. The lands offered embrace farms in the highest state of cultivation; lands unrivalled for gardening and fruit cultivation; wood and timber lots, with a variety of timber, which always meets with a ready sale at high prices in Buffalo. The lands are well watered by the Big Buffalo, Cazenovia and other creeks, and in close proximity to mills and factories of various kind.s [sic]. The whole tract is remarkable for richness and variety of soil, pleasant situation and freedom from all causes of insalubrity.
