Team values audit intervention is intended for use with real teams, although it can be readily adapted during training events. Any number of groups may participate at the same time. As the questionnaire looks at Eastern and Western approaches, it is particularly suitable for cross-cultural groups. This chapter provides a framework for discussing team values and to clarify cultural influence in value systems. It also provides a framework for re-evaluating team values. In this all participants will require a copy of the 'Assessment', together with 'Answer Grid', which may be prepared as an OHT, 'The Ten Dimensions of Team Values' and 'Task Sheet'. In addition, the facilitator will require 'Dimensions of Team Values' as an OHT. An overhead projector, flip charts, blank OHTs and set of coloured OHT pens will be needed for each group. In this assessment teams have shared values or beliefs that affect how team members think and feel.
