Team Effectiveness Index instrument provides a straightforward tool for assessing the effectiveness of a specific team. This chapter provides a format for assessing team effectiveness. That this assessment process is intended for real teams who should be told of the purpose of the assessment process before a start is made. All participants will require a copy of 'Assessment', together with 'Scoring', 'The 12 Dimensions of Team Effectiveness' and 'Exercise'. The results of the Team Effectiveness Index give you structured feedback on how you perceive the team. High scores suggest the presence of a strength, low scores probably indicate an area for improvement.
