ABSTRACT

Team Roles Audit thrives when they combine the talents of people who have distinctive styles and talents. This metric provides a systematic basis for facilitating 'respect for difference'. This chapter provides a framework and 'a language' for discussing how different people contribute to teams. It helps in building respect for difference between members of a team. The chapter helps the individuals to explore how they can strengthen their contribution within teams. It also helps teams to be more efficient and effective. Each participant will need a copy of the 'Questionnaire', together with 'Score Sheet', and 'Role Descriptons'. The trainer will require a copy of the relevant OHT masters and an overhead projector. Each team will need a flipchart, felt-tipped marker pens and masking tape. Approximately it requires 2 hours and 30 minutes. This questionnaire will help in clarifying how one can operate in teams.
