ABSTRACT
BOYS of distinguished birth who were related to these leaders and other eminent individuals, and had therefore been brought along in their service, were stripped naked and drowned, without pity for their youth, under the ice of the river Nissan to provide amusement for the people of Finnveden, so that they found their death and burial in the same river bed.
