This also includes: Latin America is to design a proper legal framework for the newly rediscovered religious ways, the indigenous religions that existed prior to the colonization; Latin America lies in finding the exact place for religion in the public sphere. This also includes: Latin America lies in the full acceptance of religious freedom as a fundamental human right, with the resulting acceptance of the practical consequences of such definition.
