ABSTRACT

EEG parameters, measured with respect to auditory emotion were observed in this study. EEG was observed in 21 localized areas. The auditory stimuli were natural sounds, such as a creek, crashes, and machining noise, etc. These can cause both positive and negative emotions. The behaviour of EEG according to positive and negative auditory stimuli showed significant differences. The results showed that differences between positive and negative response existed depending on the localized area and qualitative variations in the respective waves, such as delta, theta, alpha, beta.
