ABSTRACT

In the works of Venger visual means were introduced by visual models, which were used as a basis for the development of physical education. The development of physical activity among children is the traditional focus within educational programs. Using tools in the development of physical activity faces the paradigm of explicit and implicit learning in current studies. In terms of the cultural-historical approach of Lev Vygotsky, the formation of physical activity of children was considered in the logic of acquisition cultural tools for mastering one's own body. Children from the metaphoric group were able to remember the sequence of movements and reproduce the sequence significantly more easily than children in the first group. In the experimental metaphoric group each child alone watched as the teacher performed the same sequence of movements but used metaphors for naming them. It is necessary to point out the efficiency of the usage of metaphors as a means of learning physical skills.
