ABSTRACT
Authors of papers to presents the urgent need to review the rules of daily operation of magnetic compasses, taking into account existing realities of modem navigation.
They also raise the question of educational policy in terms of changes to the regulations regarding the operation of magnetic compasses in the aspect of growing technical progress, justify the need of urgent review through presentation and analysis of the results of the carried out tests and justify its request through the presentation and analysis of research results.
