ABSTRACT

As we grow older, the skin becomes dry and dull; wrinkles on the skin increase; the skin color becomes darker; the elasticity of the face disappears; and the skin of the eyelids, the cheek, and the chin begin to sag and loosen. Additionally, the hair becomes thin, the forehead becomes wrinkled, the hair on the forehead is lost, and gray hair begins to appear gradually. The phenomenon of aging that takes place in the human body begins to be realized when these phenomena occur in the body, regardless of our like or dislike. However, the reasons behind the occurrence of such a phenomenon should be known. The human body consists of 60 trillion cells. The entire human skin, muscles, heart, brain, eyes, hair, fingernails, and toenails are aggregates of cells. The different kinds of cells that make up the human body, such as the soft cells of the skin and the hard cells of the fingernails and toenails, respectively, are similar in that they are all cells.
