ABSTRACT
There are three good reasons for this last chapter. First, we did not want 13 chapters and the risk of bad luck! Second, we wanted to restate the central argument. And, third, to outline an agenda for research, to develop a strong evidence base for the good dividends, illustrating application and outcomes in a variety of contexts.
