ABSTRACT
The modern economy offers fast computing machines that significantly cut transaction costs and promise quick communication. Every human endeavour, since the dawn of humankind until the present, regardless of its scale and scope, is a response to a stimulus that comes from reasoning based on uncertain assumptions and is aimed at satisfying that stimuli towards an uncertain future. Praxiology provides a reasonable solution to complexity by holding the position that no human action can be falsified and that there is no possible or known way of testing probable choices providing that all other factors remain equal. Human development and progress have always been directed to achieve one particular goal: better adaptability to external circumstances. Therefore, all innovations and actions have had but one purpose: to provide better living conditions for the community. In terms of predicting human action all knowledge seems to be nothing but the probability of choices.
