ABSTRACT
Chapter 6 elaborates the correctional direction the GLM suggests, and the evidence that supports its assumptions and practice. In essence, the GLM challenges the RNR model and details another legitimate way to implement the scientific information in correctional interventions. Thus, this chapter presents the GLM’s correctional framework that aims to direct interventions toward a successful application in correctional systems. Chapter 6 also presents empirical evidence in support of this correctional operationalization.
