ABSTRACT
In the following list the first name given for each language is the one which is used by the speakers of that language as far as is known. The others given in parentheses include the most important of those names which have been used at some time or other to refer to it. Where the prefix to be attached to the form of the name shown here is known, it is placed immediately after it. The fact that in some cases no prefix is given must not be interpreted as meaning that none is used, but simply that up to the present there is no evidence on the point.
