ABSTRACT
Seizing the opportunities of the Belt and Road Initiative, industrial parks will be an important undertaking contributing to the interconnection and interworking of the initiative, and will play a significant role in the project’s fulfillment. United Nations Environment Program defined the industrial park as an area where enterprises gathered. The basic features of it are as follows. It picks a large tract of land with many buildings, factories, infrastructure, and public service facilities. It has a detailed plan as well as certain standards and limitations on the environment of parks, enterprises, use of land, and construction of buildings. Choosing the industrial parks mode for the countries along the Belt and Road will be helpful for Chinese government to carry out the service function by administrative and market means. China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Cooperation Corridor combines the most active parts in Northeast Asia. It is combined with Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Zone, which is convenient for undertaking the capital’s industry transfer.
