ABSTRACT
An underestimated device of practical reason is to subject a proposition to the test of time and to accept it if it passes. Though particularly important in aesthetic evaluation, the test also figures in the evaluation of factual and even legal propositions. In contemporary China, the phenomenon that can be referred to as "the trial implementation of law" is widespread and enduring; however, the concept is very vague, and still lacks a clear definition. The procedural order that continuously produces natural science is an experiment. It is this experiment, which examines the relationship between a factor and the other factors in a closed system and under controlled conditions, to find the objective rules that obtain the same observation results in the same operation sequence, and ensures the truth of judgment and the authority of science. Trial implementation law and provisional law are included within the trial implementation of law.
