Climate change is often defined as a ‘super-wicked’ problem; one ‘that defies resolution because of the enormous interdependencies, uncertainties, circularities, and conflicting stakeholders implicated by any effort to develop a solution’. 1 It is clear today that migration is one of the many issues that policy makers will have to face when addressing climate change.
