ABSTRACT
I write this chapter under the pseudonym of Lois because despite all that the work that I have gone through to reclaim my life, my abuser still holds power over me. I am a survivor of sexual abuse. This chapter is written from my perspective and I look for answers to a question that has been plaguing me of late: What happened, Lois?
