ABSTRACT

The social responsibility is entirely known as being essential for the establishment of an attractive investment climate, characterized by the existence of some competitive companies and some efficient financial markets. Business ethics is a field of applied, systematic study concerning the determination of moral principles, conduct, and behavior codes, which regulates the relations between business partners. The evolution of business ethics clearly determined ethical responsibility as part of social responsibility. This category of social responsibility must be considered in a dynamic interaction with legal responsibility. The ethical responsibility covers all those standards or norms that reflect the concern for what community considers as being right, fair, or in connection with respect or protection of participants at the business process. Corporations aim to create a working environment where the individual differences are accepted and appreciated. The corporations must be responsible by imposing fundamental values, such as trust, engagement, and development.
