ABSTRACT

Ours is a world that constantly shouts, “New & Improved!” There are new products and services, new ways of buying things online/pop-up/mobile, new apps/wearables/devices, new sharing economies for cars/houses/clothes/etc.—so many new things. Companies desperately want to motivate consumers to try their new thing. And as consumers, we also want to motivate “new” behavior. We want to start exercise programs, change our diet, update our house, and keep up with the latest trends. We want to try the new restaurant in town and finally start organizing our finances.
