ABSTRACT

Ever-increasing concerns regarding the physical limits of production have prompted organisations to think carefully about the way they design and deliver products and services, including HP. HP is driving the Circular Economy (CE) approach, adopting a restorative and regenerative model across their value chain by designing out waste, building in product longevity and offering customers ongoing services, rather than simply selling them products. This chapter will explore the initiatives HP is creating to transform its supply chain and build CE principles into its core strategies. It will provide key learning from HP’s journey thus far and offers guidance to those who are thinking of ways to reinvent their business in a circular, low-carbon manner.
