ABSTRACT

Interviewing plays a critical part in the recruiting and hiring of effective employees. There are many communicative and legal issues, however, that trip up employers as they engage in this process. Learning Objectives: The successful reader will be able to explain how to recruit and prepare to interview candidates; conduct an interview, understanding behavioral interviews and puzzle-based interviews; identify the legal concerns that employers have.
