ABSTRACT
More employers are adding electronic interviewing, with the use of Skype or other remote face-to-face software to interview applicants. It is important for potential applicants to be able to prepare for and perform in these interviews. Learning Objectives: The successful reader will be able to explain the importance of online interviewing and how they should prepare for it; know how to set up for an online interview, including preparing their equipment, appearance, and background to appear professional; contrast online interviewing with in-person interviewing.
