ABSTRACT
A lesson learned program should not just consist of sad or scary stories, but involve a mixture of good practices and informational items for staff. The wavelength range specified by the manufacturer often includes regions where the sensitivity is actually very low, while quoted numbers for the sensitivity often apply to wavelengths with maximum sensitivity. The thermochromic operation principle can work in a very wide wavelength region.
