ABSTRACT

The sustainable business model is best defined as an organizational structure, which assures tenure and longevity of the organization along with meeting, if not all, most of the company’s objectives. Integrative management is a concept that demands an executive making decisions within the area of their responsibility give serious consideration on the impact of that decision to the other profit and cost centers within and outside of the organization. Companies that create a team-based approach and master successful camaraderie between management, staff, and personnel will then have the best opportunity to achieve desired results. An effective tool in managing successfully is the ability to work within team structures are Collaboration, Camaraderie, Effective delegation, Mentoring effectiveness, Crossing company silos, and Better results. Fittingly, the team lead’s concept of effectiveness spanned both the big picture and the individuals’ concerns saying that ownership, vision, and goals were the most important measures.
