ABSTRACT
Measuring attractiveness by a categorical based evaluation technique (MACBETH) is a multiple criteria decision making method similar to the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The main difference is that MACBETH uses an interval scale while AHP adopts a ratio scale. In this chapter, we present a MACBETH-based model to evaluate alternative third-party reverse logistics providers (3PRLPs).
