ABSTRACT
Nanotechnology has contributed immensely to advances in various industrial sectors. Cooling or heating performances for thermal systems play vital roles in the development of energy-efficient heat transfer equipment. Nanofluids have great thermophysical properties compared to conventional fluids. In this chapter, we briefly review the development of heat transfer by nanofluids and the factors affecting the enhancement of thermal conductivity.
