ABSTRACT
If you have just read this book from cover to cover without pausing for thought and then acting on it, possibly you might have finished it in, say, a couple of weeks. However, since most of the content is included in our Diploma course, it is normal for someone to take between two and three years of serious study to reach the end. The book contains a lot of content but please bear in mind that for much of the content I have only skimmed the surface. Hopefully, I have gone deep enough for it to have meaning but also to stimulate interest in drilling deeper.
