ABSTRACT
Although this book is to be entirely about the Women of the Bible, I feel it is necessary to say something of an introductory nature about the Bible in general. Particularly do I wish to emphasize the human interest in the Old Testament. For when we begin to turn our attention to the stories surrounding the womenfolk, we shall find this quality to a marked degree.
