ABSTRACT
THE method to be adopted by a Local Authority in the preparation of a scheme is, as has already been mentioned, set out in Procedure Regulations issued by the Ministry of Health. Three sets have already been issued, the last, issued in March, 1921, to meet the requirements of the Act of 1919, supersedes the two former.
