ABSTRACT

Natural phenomena are only partially controllable, but the artefacts that furnish the world are intentionally made, obeying sets of purposes or finalities. The basic analytical concept is structured with the set of variables adopted in the model of intentional systems of actions, conceptually developed by Quintanilla, following the works of T. Kotarbinski and M. Bunge. The expansion of these concepts and metrics in the assessment of systems of intentional actions is referred herewith as QuiExp, the theoretical body that structures Praxiological Assessment Technology (PAT) , the PAT, and focuses mainly on the human basis of all anthropogenic effects. PAT is a tensegrity generator, in other words, an automatic homeostasis mechanism that informs and focuses the action operators on their outcomes evolution towards the satisfaction of their goals to assure that the objectives are fulfilled in its specific results of added value.
