ABSTRACT
International cooperation among universities is a very old activity. Universities are always international institutions. Through students' and professors' participation in international meetings and congresses, through joint research projects with the foreign institutions, universities play their fundamental role in the creation of a more homogeneous world. Languages and Culture should be given a higher priority in University Education and in student mobility, which has a crucial role to play in raising consciousness of the importance of language and Culture. International cooperation is the best way to improve world tolerance and world peace. The international cooperation among universities is a splendid way to fight against poverty and to improve programs with the capacity to construct a new World of Freedom, Justice and Peace. From immemorial times, universities have contributed to the knowledge interchange process, scientific progress, and mutual enrichment of nations' education and culture.
