ABSTRACT

The six secretive centres of incalculable devastation in Europe thus formed have certainly kept the peoples of Europe in mutual fear and uncertainty. An army endowed with motor transport can invade the larger part of a neighbouring country within a few days. Thus preparations must be prevented by quicker preparations and invasions by a quicker invasions; no power can avoid this. This is an outline of the origins of the war. The start of the peace talks is encumbered by the fact that the hostile parties want, first, to make clear 'who is to blame for the war'. In peace time, Socialist literature always emphasised that war was nothing other than a disguised capitalist undertaking. However, when the war broke out, they unhesitatingly discarded the flag of the Internationale and promptly sided by the State. Thousand of crises used to happen and to result in the victory of the masses.
