ABSTRACT
THE second Friday night was stormy out of doors, and even by the fireside a tempest brewed as our discussion got under way. But having resolved to keep our arguments within the limits of conversation, we undertook to hold our minds to the subject of the Constitution as a plan of government and liberty for the Republic.
