ABSTRACT
The attitudes of the organization’s members are the primary determinants in the future of the organization, including failure, boundless growth, and every possibility in between. Involvement is the foundation for growth and enhances employee satisfaction. When people feel that involvement leads to management gain and employee loss, morale drops and their involvement will probably result in a waste of resources at best, and destruction of the organization at worst. Every organization encompasses many different functions which must be coordinated and headed on a common mission in order to ensure that the mission is accomplished in the most expedient and rewarding manner. Communication Clinic exists to educate people in the importance of effective communication and help them improve their ability to be clearly and readily understood. Communication Clinic pursues all aspects of communication, focuses on the whole person, and believes everyone has the ability to improve.
