ABSTRACT
Cirripede chromosomes, though quite small, can be demonstrated by several standard techniques. Of the very few reports on the nuclear cytology of these common marine animals most are concerned with aspects of hermaphroditism and sex determination. The published numbers and morphology of cirripede chromosomes appear to have limited value in the taxonomy of the class, particularly at genus and species levels.
