It also focuses on the most appropriate times to use certainty skills. Find-a-way skills are the skills to mobilize and use the unlimited inventory of ideas in the creative minds of the team members to find a way over the barriers on the way to the team’s goals. Perceptual-alternative skills are the skills of perceiving the same old situation in many novel, creative ways. Optimistic-explanatory skills are the skills to explain setbacks in life as optimists do, as opposed to how pessimists do.
