ABSTRACT

R. H. Bruskin Associates has conducted surveys over the years asking people what they fear most. The management presentation is an opportunity for teams to show how a process can be improved or how a problem can be resolved. The best reason it may be useful is because management in someone's agency requires a presentation. Once the team really understands the steps they can take to overcome their fears, they too will appreciate the opportunity to present. The management presentation is generally done at the end of the problem identification and solution process. At this point the team is ready to present their findings to the council for consideration, approval and implementation. The first two presentations are somewhat like a dress rehearsal for the grand presentation. Any rough spots can be ironed out during the early presentations. Members of the Quality Council are people who want one to succeed.
