Positive emotional energy is used by Respectful Managers, and negative emotional energy is used by the other malevolent types. Remember the theme of consistency, if a person is positive in one virtue and is lacking another, then the person concerned is malevolent and therefore using negative energy. A Mediocre Manager may use this as a tactic to get co-workers onside, but a Respectful Manager actually means to help. Respectful Managers always are courteous, polite and friendly within the time constraints of their work. Faithfulness and loyalty are a distinct characteristic of the Respectful Manager; they will always stand by their co-workers and their organisation. Being able to demonstrate the virtues of awe and wonderment is again in the Respectful Manager’s repertoire, but coming from appreciation of the environment, fellow human beings and their products or services, the organizations. The Respectful Manager will always use truth and show the individual concrete examples of their untrainability.
