ABSTRACT

School librarians have maintained a longstanding and integral instructional role in the school environment especially as it relates to student literacy, reading, writing, and information seeking, which is traditionally seen as their primary instructional function. This chapter aims to empower such leadership in today’s school librarians, offering a set of guidelines and strategies for choosing effective e-learning and curricular solutions, to support positive learning outcomes among students in newly prioritized knowledge and practice domains involving technology and computing.
