ABSTRACT
This chapter addresses many of the correlative laws that impact the safety and loss prevention function including EEO, FMLA, ADEA, and FLSA. Additionally, this chapter identifies areas in which these laws can overlap creating new potential liabilities within the safety and loss prevention function.
