ABSTRACT
This final chapter contains a discussion of several heretofore ephemeral aspects of music during the period. It begins with an overview of what constituted folk and popular music during the age. The next section discusses how music was meant to serve politics and political agendas, while the following notes the rise of popular music as promoted as a business. It concludes with a brief epilogue summarizing the overall contents of the entire text.
