ABSTRACT
Ken Klein, 32 years old, has worked in a small hotel since he graduated from hotel school. He has been with this hotel for eight years and now feels the need to change his working environment. He has been orientating himself to new possibilities for some time. One Saturday morning, when he’s looking at advertisements on the internet, he notices a vacancy with Dinner Ltd. An assistant F&B manager is sought ‘due to one of our colleagues leaving’. When he reads the ad, Ken gets excited. This is his chance! After some discussion with his wife, he decides to answer the advertisement.
