ABSTRACT
This chapter explains that each person in the legal profession who must integrate Nature's inviolable Laws of Reciprocity to sustain the environment's ecological integrity for the common good of humanity. Humans are not so powerful a natural force that they can "destroy" an ecosystem, because it still obeys Nature's Laws of Reciprocity that determine how it functions at a given point in time. Every crisis in today's world—whether social or environmental—is a historical archive of human choices, decisions, legal opinions, subsequent actions, and compounding consequences, including those of yesterday. Nevertheless, the relationships among things are in constant flux, as complex systems arise from subatomic and atomic particles in the giant process of evolution on Earth. With respect to biological capital, it has long been understood that green plants use chlorophyll molecules to absorb sunlight and use its energy to synthesize carbohydrates from carbon dioxide and water.
